Ai Di studied English literature and intellectual property law at the Renmin University of China. She gained experience as a legal assistant in the Beijing Intellectual Property Law Court. Her career interests include working at organizations such as the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and the State Assets Management Center.

Chen Qiqi

Chen Qiqi graduated from Zhejiang University with a degree in English Language and Literature. In 2016 she was invited to attend the EPIIC Symposium in Boston to address the theme 'Europe in Turmoil'. Qiqi also works for the Global and Regional Cooperation Team for the United Nations Development Program in Beijing.

Chen Zhengxun graduated with a First Class degree in Economics and Business Administration and was nominated 2014 Peking University Man of the Year. Since joining the Yenching Academy, Zhengxun has busied himself with a number of his tech startups in a bid to incorporate social entrepreneurship into his academic career. His latest venture relates to the Internet of Things (IOT).

Chen Zhenxing studied international politics and history at Peking University, where he received an award for his undergraduate thesis on Qatar's foreign policy. His interests include the relationship between the Chinese and Islamic civilizations, and the history of Islam in China. While at the Yenching Academy, Zhenxing focused on the relationship between China and Gulf countries.

Feng Xue

Feng Xue

Feng Xue completed a program in Chinese language and literature at Nanjing University. Her thesis, entitled "The Distinctions of Yu and Hu", was awarded the second prize in the 27th Forum of Sciences and Arts of Nanjing University. She also studied at the National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan as an exchange student.

Fu Duanling studied translation and interpreting at Wuhan University, where she actively participated in the English Debate and Interpretation Teams. She was selected to take part in the China Leadership Summit at Duke University, and later went on to study at Duke Kunshan University.

Guo Yongpei pursued studies in urban planning and economics at Peking University. While at PKU, he received an award for all-round academic excellence. He interned with the Chinese Academy of Urban Planning and Design, and participated in projects on local conservation and the creation of provincial urbanization plans.

Han Xin studied English and international relations at Shandong University. As an undergraduate, she won many scholarships, such as the National Scholarship and National Encouragement Scholarship. Academically, she is interested in political sociology, contemporary Chinese social inequality, grass-root democracy, and the concept of political trust.

Huang Dawei studied philosophy at Fudan University where he was also involved in popularizing musicals among university audiences. With a keen interest in music, Dawei wishes to become a leader in this sector in China. His project at the Yenching Academy applied a comparative perspective to the development of Chinese musicals over the last fifteen years.

Li Jingjiang

Li Jingjiang

Li Jingjiang studied Chinese language and literature at Nanjing University. His research focused on modern Chinese literature, intellectual discourses, and Republican China classical-style poetry. Jingjiang aspires to build a non-profit project focusing on education, and to that end he took part in numerous voluntary and community projects. He spent his time at the Yenching Academy conducting interdisciplinary studies on twentieth-century China.
